- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Trying to get an appointment is a nightmare, even if you call at 8am like they tell you to do. Ended up booking a telephone appointment with my doctor and he didn't call!!! I waited for ages by the phone and when I called the next day to find out what happened to my appointment, I was just given some lame excuse! Terrible service. Very disappointed. This surgery has gone done hill rapidly since merging with Yatton; and now I've been told that it's also going to merge with another practice!!!!!!
